Chapter 8: Jesus (pbuh) Has Come
Jesus (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) are in the World Now
The great coming that Christians have been awaiting for 2,000 years and Muslims for 1,400 years has taken place: Jesus (pbuh) is in the world now. The time we are living in is the End Times. The two blessed individuals of the End Times who will be instrumental in the salvation of the world, Jesus and Hazrat Mahdi, are in the world now. They are continuing their work among us right now. The most important time in the world, after the Age of Bliss, is happening today. These are great and exciting tidings for believers.
We can see from the hadiths handed down from our Prophet (pbuh) and from the words of the Torah and the Gospel that the final times of the world are imminent and that we are living in the time of Jesus and Hazrat Mahdi. [For more detail, please see Jesus (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) Will Come in This Century, by Harun Yahya]
This is a blessed time, a glorious time. The turmoil the world is currently going through will come to an end with the activities of Jesus and Hazrat Mahdi. The world will embrace the Golden Age, when the joy, abundance, happiness and fervor of the Age of Bliss will arise again.
The Golden Age will be a happy time when all wars come to an end, when all people live in peace and tranquility, when there is no more crime, when scourges such as famine, poverty, fear and oppression no longer exist, when the prisons are all closed down and when guns and bombs and all the other weapons are melted down. There will be no wars and enmity, as some Christians imagine, in this blessed time. All religions will live together in brotherhood and friendship. The Golden Age will be a time when the whole world enjoys the greatest peace and ease.
When Jesus comes, he will personally tell Christians what a false belief the idea of the Trinity is. He will personally tell Christians that he is not the son of God, but just like all other people, a servant in need of Him. He will read and obey the Koran. He will call on all Christians to obey the Koran. And then all Christians will be definitively convinced of the truth of what he tells them. And, as God reveals in a verse, there will be nobody who does not believe in Jesus before he dies:
There is not one of the People of the Book who will not believe in him before he dies; and on the Day of Resurrection he will be a witness against them. (Koran, 4:159)
This book is a detailed and comprehensive clarification aimed at Christians who have fallen into the error of the Trinity. It is intended to invite them to the true path and the way of God with passages from the Koran and the Gospel. Christians are told of the most excellent tidings. God will show them, and all mankind of course, that fine, radiant and glorious face of Jesus. The dear Prophet Jesus, whom we will embrace again and welcome with joy after 2,000 years, is now on Earth. The days when he will appear to all mankind are close at hand.

I will gather all the nations... to fight... the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile... (Zechariah, 14:2)
This is the plague with which the Lord will strike all the nations that fought... Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths. (Zechariah, 14:12)

Their houses will be looted... Their bows will strike down the young men; they will have no mercy on infants nor will they look with compassion on children. (Isaiah, 13:1, 5-16-18)
The Events Leading up to the Appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) in the Gospel
As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. "Tell us," they said, "when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?" Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Messiah,' and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains. Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold. But the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." (Matthew, 24:3-14)
... [That day will not come] until the rebellion occurs... (2 Thessalonians, 2:3)
... You will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name [the name of Jesus]... You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers, relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death. All men will hate you because of me [Jesus]... By standing firm, you will gain life. [The Mahdi and his followers will be similarly oppressed.] (Luke, 21:12, 16, 17, 19)
When you hear of wars and revolutions, do not be frightened. These things must happen first, but the end will not come right away. Then he [Jesus] said to them: "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven." (Luke, 21:9-11)
There will be signs in the Sun, Moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world... (Luke, 21:25-26)
It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all. It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man [Jesus] is revealed. (Luke, 17:28-30)
[It] was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other... (Revelation, 6:4)
Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rebel against their parents and have them put to death. (Mark, 13:12)
The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her [Babylon] because no one buys their cargoes any more—cargoes of gold, silver, precious stones and pearls; fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet cloth; every sort of citron wood, and articles of every kind made of ivory, costly wood, bronze, iron and marble; cargoes of cinnamon and spice, of incense, myrrh and frankincense... and olive oil, of fine flour and wheat; cattle and sheep; horses and carriages... They will say, "The fruit you longed for is gone from you. All your riches and splendor have vanished..." The merchants who sold these things and gained their wealth from her will stand far off, terrified at her torment... and cry out: "Woe! Woe to you, great city, dressed in fine linen, purple and scarlet, and glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls! In one hour such great wealth has been brought to ruin!" Every sea captain, and all who travel by ship, the sailors, and all who earn their living from the sea, will stand far off. When they see the smoke of her burning, they will exclaim, "Was there ever a city like this great city?" They will throw dust on their heads, and with weeping and mourning cry out: "Woe! Woe to you, great city, where all who had ships on the sea became rich through her wealth! In one hour she has been brought to ruin!"... With such violence the great city of Babylon will be thrown down... (Revelation, 18:11-21)
And then the lawless one [antichrist] will be revealed, whom... Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. (2 Thessalonians, 2:8)
Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. (Matthew, 5:5)
When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near. He [Jesus] told them this parable: "Look at the fig tree and all the trees. When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is near. Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God is near." (Luke, 21:28-31)
Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it [return of Jesus] is near, right at the door. (Matthew, 24:32-33)
... [From now on] the city does not need the Sun or the Moon to shine on it, for the Glory of God gives it light... There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the Sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever. (Revelation, 21:23-25; 22:5)
I will put My laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, "Know the Lord,"—because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews, 8:10-11)
For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man [Jesus]. [The light of faith will prevail the earth.] (Matthew, 24:27)
Even on My servants, both men and women, I will pour out My Spirit in those days and they will have morals like Prophets. (Acts, 2:18)
But mark this:... in the last days... [those who oppose the truth], men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. But they will not get very far because... their folly will be clear to everyone. (2 Timothy, 3:8-9)
Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom He promised those who love Him? (James, 2:5)
He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain... (Revelation, 21:4)
Now when he saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, and he began to teach them saying: "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are those who mourn for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, or they will be filled. Blessed are the merciful for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called servants of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven..." (Matthew, 5:1-11)
The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their splendor into it. On no day will its gates ever be shut, for there will be no night there. The glory and honor of the nations will be brought into it. (Revelation, 21:24-26)
He has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of His servant David (as He said through His holy prophets of long ago), salvation from our enemies and from the hand of all who hate us. (Luke, 1:69-71)
... As it is written: "The deliverer [the Mahdi] will come... [and] he will turn godlessness away from Jacob." (Romans, 11:26)
He threw him [the antichrist] into the abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore... (Revelation, 20:3)
... Through them you may participate in the Divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. (2 Peter, 1:4)
Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst... (Revelation, 7:16)
